The courses are part funded through the EU. Payment is required up front. On certification, completion and us receiving the funding, 60% of the course cost will be returned to the business. Paperwork will need to be completed by each attendee, but we will do all of this over the telephone with the learner. Funding is subject to eligibility.
We can also hold in house courses for businesses, we would need a minimum of 6 people, we can work around your timetables to undertake this.
Looking for Team Members?
We are working with local Jobcentres to undertake pre employment training, we will run a week of training for people looking to work in the sector. Included in the training will be Customer Service, Team Building, Level 2 Food Safety in Catering, Level 2 Barista Training, CV preparation, interview preparation etc. We could amend the content if you wished us to run a week long programme dedicated to your business.
We are looking for employers to guarantee an interview for the individuals that attend week long programme and hopefully you would take them on as an employee. If you would like to find out more then please get in touch and we would be more than happy to help.
We have funding for this so will not cost the business anything for this service.
